Klippel-Trénaunay-Weber syndrome, often simply Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome (KTS) and sometimes angioosteohypertrophy syndrome and hemangiectatic hypertrophy, is a rare congenital medical condition in which blood vessels and/or lymph vessels fail to form properly.
